For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

1. "gbk808" / "Platform" / "Company" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at gbk808.bio, including all associated products, services, software, mobile interfaces, and support channels.
2. "Member" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on gbk808 and has been approved to use the platform's services.
3. "Account" refers to the individual registered profile held by a Member on the gbk808 platform, through which the Member may access gaming products, manage funds, and receive communications from the Company.
4. "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
5. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, cashback amount, or other incentive credited to a Member's Account that is subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
6. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
7. "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by gbk808 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required for compliance purposes.
8. "IDR" / "Rp" / "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the sole transactional currency on the gbk808 platform.
9. "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the gbk808 platform is prohibited under applicable law or Company policy.

Access to and use of the gbk808 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the Member's use of the platform:

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on gbk808. This age restriction is strictly enforced. gbk808 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Member cannot satisfy this requirement.
2. Geographic Eligibility. The gbk808 platform is designed and operated primarily for players in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is permitted under applicable local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on gbk808. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
5. No Prior Exclusion. You confirm that you have not previously been excluded or banned from the gbk808 platform, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order on any other platform that would indicate a gambling-related problem that has not been resolved.
6. Not a Restricted Person. You confirm that you are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of gbk808 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

To access gbk808's full range of gaming and betting products, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following provisions govern the registration, maintenance, and security of your Account:

1. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid mobile telephone number. You must promptly update this information in the event of any change.
2. Username and Password. You are responsible for selecting a secure username and password and for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. gbk808 will never ask you to disclose your password. You must notify gbk808 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. gbk808 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.
4. KYC Verification. gbk808 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by the Company may be restricted or suspended pending completion of the verification process.
5. Account Suspension and Closure. gbk808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, rule violation, failure to verify identity, or at the Member's own request. Where an Account is closed following a Member's own request and the balance is positive, funds will be returned via the Member's registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.

All deposits to gbk808 Accounts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

1. Accepted Payment Methods. gbk808 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
2. Minimum Deposit. A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction. The current minimum deposit threshold is displayed on the deposit page within the Member's Account and may vary by payment method.
3. Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties for deposit to your Account, is strictly prohibited.
4. Processing Times. Most deposits via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are credited to the Member's Account in real time or within 5 minutes. In exceptional cases involving manual bank transfers, processing may take up to 30 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
5. No Deposit Fees. gbk808 does not charge Members any fee for making deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees; Members are solely responsible for any such third-party charges.
6. Deposit Limits. Members may set personal deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account. These limits are intended to assist Members in managing their gaming expenditure responsibly.

Members may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. gbk808 will not process a withdrawal until the Member's identity has been verified to the Company's satisfaction. This is a one-time requirement per Account, unless circumstances change or additional verification is required.
2. Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name. gbk808 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3. Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount per transaction applies and is displayed within the withdrawal section of the Member's Account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
4. Processing Times. gbk808 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for approved requests submitted during operational hours. In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
5. Withdrawal from Bonus Funds. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Any withdrawal request submitted before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will result in forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
6. Right to Verify. gbk808 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending additional fraud, AML (anti-money-laundering), or security checks. The Company will communicate with the Member regarding the status of any delayed withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe.

gbk808 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

1. Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 and above who have completed account registration.
2. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated within each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered 30 times across eligible games before withdrawal of winnings is permitted.
3. Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. 6. Promotional Abuse. gbk808 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus in cases where it reasonably suspects that a Member is engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
7. Amendment and Withdrawal. gbk808 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to a Member's Account.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the gbk808 platform. Sport-specific, game-specific, and market-specific rules supplement these general provisions and are available within the relevant section of the platform.

1. Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on gbk808 are subject to acceptance by the Company. gbk808 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system error, incorrect odds, or suspected rule violation.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, game, and Member Account tier.
3. Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by gbk808 in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, suspension before the bet's market has been determined, obvious pricing errors, or system malfunction. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Account Balance.
4. Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds and market availability during live events are subject to rapid change. gbk808 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues or delays that affect a Member's ability to place or manage live bets.
5. Results and Settlements. Bet outcomes are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body, competition organizer, or game provider. In the event of a disputed result, gbk808's decision, informed by official sources, shall be final.
6. Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on sportsbook markets are available to Members in good standing. All individual selections within a mix parlay must win for the full accumulated odds to be paid. Voided selections within a mix parlay reduce the overall accumulator by that selection's odds leg.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gbk808 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform employees.

1. Limited License. gbk808 grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Restrictions. Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the gbk808 platform without the express written consent of the Company.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction under which gbk808 holds its operating license.
